I know, its only day 1, and that basically amounts to the standard evacuation of my bowels and bladder, but seeing a number below 100kg when the scales groan under my weight, is a good boost to the ego.
More excercise today, even though I ache a bit from last night's 10K, and considerably less food, Jirawan has been warned that not too much has to mean, not too much.
As well as a limit on booze to weekends only, and then only 1 or 2, maybe 3, no, no Brian, need to cut that back to special occasions, like 5Kg losses.
Roll on Day 2.
