8.5km last night, didn't really feel like doing more, but we have established a nice routine and 8.5km on the bike only takes around 30mins, so its about the same time as one of our late night walks but overall a better excercise.
We're both putting on a few pounds (ahem...she won't read this so I can say that, but she also says it) so this will be our method of shedding those pounds.
my ass hurts though, really need to find a more comfy saddle, a big wide saddle, with cushions, like a couch...or maybe I just stay in my couch, and ....hmmmm
todays weight is 99.1kg though, so back down after my curry shame.
