no more drinking except for special occasions and more walking, I'm shedding this flab
I got my hair cut the other day and there is nothing more depressing than watching a pasty walrus trying to get comfortabl in a fat arse chair infront of a full length mirror

thats it...I've told J, that not too much has to stop, I'm on the diet from hell and thats the end of it.
