oh great

Im sick, just a little bit, don't panic, (I'm not panicking, are you panicking?) pretty sure its just a cold again, rather than the dreaded CV
But the advice from work is to stay home and/or work from home if you have any cold/flu symptoms and clearly I have at the moment

if it gets worse, I'll go to the docs....or die.....watch this space.
